Meet our Instructors

Owner and Chief Instructor of Quarry Tactical, Chris has been in the Corrections, Law Enforcement, and Private Security fields for over a decade. He specializes in training Use of Force, Firearms, Knife Defense, Ground Defense, Chemical Irritants, and several other disciplines. Chris is committed to giving all of his students the best training available. He works with them to build confidence in skills that could someday save their lives or another's. Chris' primary goal is to provide students with the tools needed to survive the unimaginable.

 As an Instructor for Quarry Tactical, Shawn's background includes both Public and Private Law Enforcement for the past 40 years working as a patrol officer, supervisor and trainer.  Shawn has taught hundreds of law enforcement and security officers in many disciplines of use of force, patrol tactics, amongst others.  Shawn is committed to giving all of his students the best and most up to date training available to be able to succeed in all of their endeavors.  Shawn works with his students to help build confidence in their skills and awareness of their surroundings that could someday save their life or the life of another.
